Backstory:
Myles has been at the shelter with us since May 4, 2023 when he was brought in as a young nursing puppy with his mom and 5 siblings. They were all abandoned at their previous home, and luckily a neighbour found them and called Animal Control. When they were brought in they were extremely malnourished and you could see every bone in their bodies. Not long after intake they all broke with Parvo and unfortunately their mama passed away. She was loved for what little time she was here and she knew that. Myles and his siblings’ symptoms were caught early enough and all 6 puppies survived. All of Myles’ siblings were taken in by a rescue and poor little Myles was sadly left behind. He is lonely in his kennel and he is being overlooked by everyone who walks by. Myles is a very sweet and caring boy; he keeps his kennel decently clean. Myles does great with dogs and cats, and has loved every person he has met so far. He has made some dog friends at the shelter and they have really helped to cheer him up. The staff ensure that he gets ample time each day to spend with his pup friends. They play together, nap together, and eat together.
